Avocado Boosting Pudding
Avocado paired up with mineral and antioxidant-rich raw cacao! Another way to adapt this amazing fruit to boost your energy by creating this delicious and full of nutrients dessert! If your child in not keen on avocados, this is a perfect way to hide them in this delicious, creamy pudding!
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tsp raw cacao powder (carob for Kids)
- 1 tsp raw maca powder
- 1 tsp lucuma
- 4-5 dates chopped in small pieces
- vanilla (optional)
- 1/4 spirulina (optional)
- 1/4 tsp raw turmeric
- Pinch Himalayan salt
- Pinch cinnamon (optional)
- Small amount almond milk sweetened with dates
In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients; add milk just to make it creamy and smooth. Garnish with raw cacao nibs, hemp seeds or coconut flakes, or anything else you want to go for. If you make this for children, involve them in that process and let them to decorate this pudding, using their imagination. Play with colours, this could be like paining, let them have fun!
